Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Manager you will be taking responsibility for high level projects as well as developing your personal plan to Partnership. You will be assigned significant roles contributing to the strategy and practice development of our sector groups. You will also play a significant role coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues and providing career advice.

As a Senior Manager you will need eight to ten years of professional experience (of which at least five is in consulting), strong media and/or telecoms sector industry knowledge and project management experience. You will need to put your previous sector, consulting, industry or business skills and experience into practice. Your background knowledge of our industry sectors will be key, not only for providing innovative solutions for clients but also for knowledge sharing and for coaching and developing your team members. You will also have a strong sector platform, network contacts and selling capabilities. Strategy consulting skills, media/telecoms knowledge and Fluent English are essential and languages are an advantage.
