Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate you will be assuming individual responsibility for key areas of projects and presenting this to clients as part of the project team.  The range of project experience will continue to span across all our sectors but your role and contribution will be more challenging.  You will be allocated an internal role linked to one of our sector groups, ensuring you make a direct contribution to the development of new initiatives.

To join at this level you will need to have five to eight years of professional experience and possibly an MBA.  You will need to put your previous sector, consulting, industry or business skills and experience into practice as you work at a more senior level within the team.  We look for strong candidates with project delivery capability who are innovative, creative, adaptable and flexible.  We also put an emphasis on strong interpersonal and communication skills, team working and an international outlook.   Strategy consulting skills and fluent English are essential and media/telecoms knowledge is desirable.  Languages are an advantage.
