Spectrum offers its employees an unrivalled platform from which to develop a career in media or telecoms.

Over the last twelve years, Spectrum alumni have gone on to become part of the fabric of our sectors. Amongst our alumni group we count the CEO of lastminute.com, the Director of Strategy of ITV and the Chief Policy Partner for OFCOM. The diversity of Spectrum’s employee base is reflected in the variety of roles consultants go on to play in industry. Our alumni have joined broadcasters including the BBC and ITV, mobile operators including 3, Orange and Vodafone, film companies including Disney and Turner, the public sector including OFCOM and the DCMS and financial organisations including Apax and Deutsche Bank.

With skills gained at Spectrum, many of our alumni now play crucial strategy roles for leading industry players. However, there are also those who choose an alternative path; we count several entrepreneurs and creatives amongst our former employees.
