Your professional development: Career Path

We have high expectations of all our consultants and a strong tradition of consultants who have risen to senior management positions after starting as Business Analysts. 

All consultants are allocated a Grade Manager who will act as a coach and mentor, providing feedback on your development and potential for promotion.

At the end of your projects a formal review will take place highlighting your skills as a core consultant and any development needs for the future.  You will work with a variety of Partners during the year, so your Grade Manager will be responsible for collating their feedback and undertaking your formal appraisal.

No two projects are the same so your roles will vary throughout the year, providing a great opportunity to demonstrate your potential for promotion to the next level.
