Engagement Manager

As a Manager you will have responsibility for managing multiple projects, liaising directly with the client and managing the project team.  Your project management skills will be key as well as managing and motivating the project team to deliver in line with our clients expectations.  You will also be expected to play a key role in business development, presenting and hosting events.

As a Manager you will need six to eight years of professional experience (of which at least five is in consulting), strong media and/or telecoms sector industry knowledge and project management experience.  You will need to put your previous sector, consulting, industry or business skills and experience into practice.  Candidates must be innovative, creative, adaptable and flexible.  Your background knowledge or our industry sectors will be key, not only for providing innovative solutions for clients but also for knowledge sharing and for coaching and developing your team members.  We also put an emphasis on strong interpersonal and communication skills, team working and an international outlook.   Strategy consulting skills, media/telecoms knowledge and fluent English are essential.  Languages are an advantage.
