Associate

As an Associate you will have developed a greater understanding of our sectors and worked as part of project teams across all our sector groups.  As your on-the-job coaching continues, you will take on wider responsibility for the project and the supervision of more junior colleagues.  As part of your formal development, you will continue with advanced skills courses and our in-house developed Consulting Skills week.

To join at this level you will need a high quality degree or international equivalent and two to four years of professional experience.  You will need to put your previous sector, consulting, industry or business skills and experience into practice as you work at a more advanced level within the team.  We look for candidates with good analytical/qualitative skills who are creative, adaptable and flexible.  We also put an emphasis on strong interpersonal and communication skills, team working, business acumen, an international outlook and an enthusiasm for our sectors.   Strategy consulting skills and media/telecoms knowledge would be useful but are not essential.  Fluent English is essential and languages are an advantage.
