Out of the office activities

Making the time to socialise together is very important.  We believe social activities are key in giving employees an opportunity to relax and have fun together away from the workplace.

Our events bring together staff at all levels across the company, including partners and support staff.  Fun events recognise hard work whilst reinforcing core values of creativity, community and friendship.

We hold events on a monthly basis taking ideas from the team so that we take everyone’s suggestions into account.  We also hold Summer Away Days and Christmas parties to spend time together out of the office.

Over the past few months, we have screeched round the go-karting track, visited private cinema screenings, bowled into Lords for a Twenty-20 cricket match and tested each other’s general knowledge at the annual Spectrum Value Partners’ Quiz.

For this year’s UK Summer Away Day we honed our cookery skills in a “Master Chef” competition and we dressed up for the Oscars-themed Christmas Party.  The Asia Pacific Away Day took us to Perth where we tasted the best wine Western Australia had to offer, and took a dip in the Pacific Ocean, despite the sharks and approaching winter.
